Not every brain needs the same
kind of support!

Sometimes getting diagnosed is the first time your life actually starts making sense. But knowing you’re neurodivergent and knowing how to support yourself are two very different things.

Late Bloom Life Coaching was created to help people steer away from chronic survival mode and move toward self-understanding, balance, and learning how to support themselves with more acceptance.

Hi, I’m Elena!

I'm an autism advocate, coach, creator, and writer from New Zealand… although if you follow along for long enough, you'll probably notice I'm always travelling somewhere new.

I received my autism diagnosis at 25 after being in and out of therapy from the age of six, so I understand both how helpful support can be, but also how misunderstood neurodivergent people can still feel within traditional spaces. Before coaching, I actually went down the path of studying psychology, but my goal has always been the same: helping people feel more understood, accepted, and supported in who they are.

Since understanding my own diagnosis, I've built a community online where I now support thousands of neurodivergent people around the world through advocacy and education around autism, masking, burnout, identity, and self-acceptance.

Identity work has been a big part of my own journey. Looking back, I seem to have a habit of discovering some pretty important things about myself a little later than everyone else. From discovering I was autistic to later realising I was queer, "late bloomer" has become a bit of a running joke... but also a phrase I've grown really fond of.

That's where Late Bloom Life Coaching came from. I wanted this to feel like the opposite of so many spaces I've experienced growing up. An accepting, human space, somewhere where there are zero pressures to perform.
